Return Eligibility
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return an item. Returns must be authorised in advance.
Guidelines

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Returns must be pre-arranged with our customer service team. You may return the item yourself, or we can organise collection on your behalf.
Return Charges

If Breeze Furnishings arranges the return, a collection fee of 20% of the product cost (minimum £30) will apply.

A restocking fee may be charged depending on the item. Please contact us for more details.

For items not stocked in-store and ordered online, a return fee to the supplier will apply.
Restrictions and Conditions

Do not redirect deliveries to parcel shops. These locations do not accept furniture items and any charges resulting from this will be the customer’s responsibility.

Returns are collected Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Breeze Furnishings cannot be held responsible for failed collections caused by courier delays.

Do not arrange returns independently without prior written agreement from Breeze Furnishings.

Collections will be made from the original delivery address only.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is of unsatisfactory quality, contact us immediately at [email protected] and include photos of the issue so we can assess the situation.
Damaged glass must be reported within 7 days of receipt, including weekends. In cases of broken glass, we may ask that you dispose of it carefully, as returning or shipping broken glass can pose a safety risk.
Breeze Furnishings is not liable for delays in returned orders caused by external courier issues.
