Returns Information

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order.

Please do note arrange delivery of furniture to be redirected to a parcel shop, as parcel shops will not accept furniture parcels and will incur a charge that the customer will be responsible.

All items being returned must be pre-arranged, and either organised to be returned by the purchaser, or to our discretion we are happy to arrange this on your behalf (for a 20% of the cost of the product charge to cover collection costs – min. £30), and items MUST be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in a re-saleable condition. Returns can be arranged Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. In the unexpected event should a collection fail to happen by the logistics company then Breeze furnishings will not be held responsible for this.

Please note a restocking fee may be applied, please ask for details.

Items not stocked in store and purchased online will incur a return fee to supplier.

Once received back at our returns depot, a refund will be issued.

If you believe that any of our Products are of an unsatisfactory quality/damaged, please immediately contact Customer Services on [email protected].

Please also send us photographs of any alleged defects so that we may assess the situation.

Broken glass

Should your order unfortunately arrive with broken glass, we will ask you to dispose of this with due care and attention as repackaging, collecting, or posting broken glass intentionally can prove to be hazardous. All glass and fragile products featuring glass, damages should be reported within 7 days of receipt of order including weekends.

Breeze furnishings will not be responsible for monetary compensation for delayed returned orders, delays can occur for an array of reasons beyond our control.

Please do not arrange a return on behalf of Breeze Furnishings without prior agreement.

Collections will be performed from original delivery address.
