Delivery Coverage

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders under £99.99 will incur a £4.99 delivery charge.

  • Additional postcode surcharges apply:

    • AB, IV, PA, DD, PH – £20.00

    • KW – £80.00

Delivery Services & Limitations

Deliveries are doorstep only unless a white glove service (room of choice, unpacking, inspection) is specifically requested and confirmed. This may incur an additional charge. For enquiries, please email [email protected].

A contract is only formed once your goods have been dispatched.

Supplier-Managed Deliveries (Drop Ship / DHD)

Some orders are sent directly from our suppliers using a drop ship service. These deliveries are also doorstep only.

Maze & Garden Furniture

Delivered via pallet curbside delivery. Please inspect your order within 48 hours and report any damage, faults, or missing items. Reports outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Local Deliveries (Within 20 Miles)

If you require assembly within a 20-mile radius, an assembly fee will apply. Please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Furniture should not be redirected to parcel shops, as they do not accept large items. Charges from failed delivery attempts are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Bentley Designs furniture cannot be delivered to addresses at or beyond postcode AB30. Such orders will be cancelled in line with supplier restrictions.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed, it will be returned to the courier’s local hub. A re-delivery will be attempted. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be left in a safe place with photographic and GPS evidence. To opt out, please notify us in writing before dispatch.

Returns at Delivery

If you are not satisfied at the time of delivery, do not allow assembly or removal of packaging. Items must remain in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times on the website are estimates and subject to change due to factors beyond our control (supplier delays, shipping issues). Postcode surcharge areas may experience longer lead times.
